Sales & Marketing Assistant

Job Overview:

The sales and marketing assistant (SMA) is a vital team member that ensures the marketing activities are generating leads for the business development team as well as providing support for the business development team members. The SMA will establish and monitor metrics to ensure that an increasing number of quality leads are being distributed for all product lines to the business development managers. These metrics will be used by the SMA to recommend strategic changes to websites, paid ads, SEO, print, and other marketing efforts. The SMA will coordinate priorities with the director of sales and the product manager to make the most significant impact on increase overall sales opportunities. The SMA will be trained on all products offered by Intech so they can further assist the sales team in quote preparation, special pricing requests, project monitoring, and other tasks that maximize the effectiveness of the business development team.

Responsibilities & Duties:

· Maintain and analyze data related to sales lead generation

· Basic website maintenance and management of social media program

· Learn various product features, benefits, applications, and competitive advantages in order to produce content for SEO and social media efforts

· Strategize with Sales and Product Management to maximize the effectiveness of the marketing program

· Preparation of quotations, specification sheets, competitive intel, and other data or documents to assist the effectiveness of the sales team.

· Other duties as may be assigned to support the overall business growth

Qualifications:

· Positive attitude and outgoing personality

· Boldness to effectively communicate new ideas and humility to learn from industry experts

· Extreme precision with quality editing/proofreading skills as well as the ability to write marketing content for a highly technical customer base

· Dedication and self-motivation to launch Intech’s sales and marketing to the next level

· Familiarity with the below software packages would be helpful but can be trained with the right technologically gifted candidate:

  • Word Press
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • InDesign
  • Zoho, Salesforce, etc.
  • Web based VOIP systems
  • QuickBooks
  • Medium to advanced Excel to conduct comparative data analysis

Inside Sales Representative 

Job Overview: 

The Inside Sales Role for Intech Anchoring will work in our Caseyville IL location full-time.  The purpose of this position is to promote Intech Products within a defined territory / vertical.  The ideal candidate will be focused on customer satisfaction and facilitate cross functional communication while identifying new opportunities for Intech products. 

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Prospecting for new opportunities for Intech Products
  • Establish trusted relationships with Clients and Prospects
  • Be effective in virtual communication methods.
  • Maintain data in our CRM system.
  • Follow up on online leads and qualify inquiries.
  • Promote awareness of Intech’s products/webinars/events through social media, and website referrals.
  • Monitors project opportunities

Qualifications:

  • 2 years or more of inside sales experience in technical or building material related fields.
  • Experience working and communicating with engineering firms and distribution channels.
  • B2B sales experience is a plus.
  • Strong e-communication skills – Comfortable with virtual meeting platforms.
  • Strong written and email communications skills
  • The ability to understand and read blueprints and construction plans is a plus.
