Inside Sales Representative

As an Inside Sales Representative at our Caseyville, IL location, you will play a pivotal role in promoting Intech Products within a defined territory/vertical. The primary focus of this position is to ensure customer satisfaction, foster trusted relationships with clients and prospects, and identify new opportunities for Intech products. The ideal candidate will excel in virtual communication methods and be proficient in maintaining data in our CRM system.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our CRM system

An ideal candidate would have:
  • 2 years or more of inside sales experience in technical or building material-related fields is preferred
  • Experience working with and communicating to engineering firms and distribution channels is a plus
  • B2B sales experience is a plus
  • Strong e-communication skills – Comfortable with virtual meeting platforms
  • Strong written and email communication skills
  • Ability to understand and read blueprints and construction plans is a plus
  • Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge

Business Development Manager

Intech Anchoring Systems (Intech) has been supplying commercial and industrial contractors with geo-structural engineering products, materials, and solutions for over 20 years. Our focus is to supply deep foundation materials to specialty sub-contractors and working with engineers and other specifiers of projects that would benefit from our portfolio of products and services.  We also manufacture several products including our industry leading drainage system called Hydraway Systems. As part of our expansion plan Intech has an immediate opening for a Business Development/Outside Sales representative with a desire to work for an Industry Leader with a patented product and a reputation for excellence.

In this high-profile position, your principal responsibility will be Business Development within a defined territory developing and maintaining relationships with specialty subcontractors representing the entire Intech portfolio of products and services. Your main goal will be to sell the Intech portfolio. Other duties will include but are not limited to contract negotiations, daily management of territory development, project support, and collaborating with the in-house engineering team to support our partner’s needs.

Qualified candidates must have 3-5 years of experience with territory sales and business development. Experience with project/territory development and business to business and/or construction sales is preferred.

Other requirements include:

  • Extensive product and industry training provided.
  • Extensive Travel within Territory – 30% to 50%
  • Working knowledge or experience in general construction and drainage applications would be a benefit.
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Familiarity with contractual requirements of a construction project a plus
  • Proven experience working effectively as a liaison with Engineers, Sub – Contractors, and Owners
  • Excellent communication, organizational, writing and computer skills.
