Location:
- Caseyville, IL
In this high-profile position, your principal responsibility will be Business Development within a defined territory developing and maintaining relationships with specialty subcontractors representing the entire Intech portfolio of products and services. Your main goal will be to sell the Intech portfolio. Other duties will include but are not limited to contract negotiations, daily management of territory development, project support, and collaborating with the in-house engineering team to support our partner’s needs.
Qualified candidates must have 3-5 years of experience with territory sales and business development. Experience with project/territory development and business to business and/or construction sales is preferred.
Other requirements include:
- Extensive product and industry training provided.
- Extensive Travel within Territory – 30% to 50%
- Working knowledge or experience in general construction and drainage applications would be a benefit.
- Strong presentation skills
- Familiarity with contractual requirements of a construction project a plus
- Proven experience working effectively as a liaison with Engineers, Sub – Contractors, and Owners
- Excellent communication, organizational, writing and computer skills.
