History
In 2017, Intech Anchoring acquired Midwest Diversified Technologies, Inc. (MDTI) as an opportunity to expand and enhance the product lines available to Intech’s existing customers. Intech was founded as an CHANCE Helical Anchor and Atlas Resistance Pier distributor for the Upper Midwest.
By merging with MDTI, Intech’s customers are additionally equipped with the Carbonbond Carbon Fiber and Epoxy Systems, Magnacore Self-Drilling Anchors, and Hydraway Drainage System
1998 – Established
In 1998, MDTI (now Intech) was established as the regional distribution company for CHANCE civil construction products in the Midwest.

Products included Helical Piers, Tiebacks, and Anchors. This opportunity was made available as the CHANCE Company needed to fill the void created by the removal of the previous regional distributor. As a result, an extensive network of dealers and installation contractors was developed throughout the Midwest.

2000 – Pulldown Micropile
In 2000, CHANCE acquired the patents for the Pulldown Micropile. Intech Anchoring began offering this product to our network of certified dealers as a competitive solution for medium to high capacity micropiles.

2002 – Hydraway
In 2002, MDTI (now Intech Anchoring) acquired the Hydraway product patent, assembly, and wrap line from Solutia (a previous subsidiary of Monsanto). This enabled Intech Anchoring to have complete control over production, distribution, and sales worldwide. The demand for the Hydraway Drainage Systems continues to grow due to its high compressive strengths, inflow rate, and guaranteed results.

Epoxy & Carbon Fiber Systems
In addition to our structural piering, anchoring, and waterproofing/drainage systems, we began distributing the Carbonbond® Structural System products, featuring carbon fiber products for the use in concrete repair and epoxy and urethane sealants.

2005 – Atlas Resistance Piling
In 2005, CHANCE acquired the Atlas Resistance Piering System and Intech Anchoring added this product line to our distribution portfolio. Together the Atlas and CHANCE brands dominate the piering system industry; both are manufactured by A. B. Chance in Centralia, MO. The need for CHANCE Civil Construction products is greater today than ever before as product awareness grows alongside the established network of certified dealers.

2011 – Hollow Bar Self-Drilling Anchors
In 2011, MDTI (now Intech Anchoring) became the regional distributor for Magnacore® SDA. Intech Anchoring added business development managers in order to create brand awareness among contractors and engineers throughout an expanded territory.

2017 – MDTI & Intech Anchoring Merger
In 2017, Intech Anchoring acquired Midwest Diversified Technologies, Inc. as an opportunity to expand and enhance the product lines available to Intech’s existing customers.

2021 – Force Arrester
In 2021, Intech added the patented Force Arrester line of the Wall Brace and Support Column Systems.
Force Arrester™ WBS, exclusively offered by Intech, is an innovative and economical solution for bowing, buckling, tilting, and shifting basement walls. The Force Arrester is a patent-pending structural beam support solution for both load-bearing and non-load-bearing basement foundation walls.

Intech Anchoring is an amazing company built and run by incredibly down-to-earth people that will make you feel like family from the get-go. My two favorite guys, Bill and Cris. They both work extremely hard to coordinate and ship my orders efficiently. Extremely grateful to be part of the Intech Anchoring network!
