Title: Business Development Manager
Work Location: Remote

In this high-profile position, your principal responsibility will be Business Development and product sales to Sub-Contractors and Owner Operators while networking and marketing Specifying Engineers located within a defined territory / region.  Other duties will include but are not limited to contract negotiations, daily management of territory development and project support, collaborating with the in-house engineering team to support our partner’s needs. Your responsibilities will include marketing and sales of deep foundation and micro-piling systems, earth retention, foundation rehabilitation, drainage solutions / soil gas management as well as settlement control systems.

Requirements

  • Qualified candidates must have 5-7 years of experience with territory sales.
  • Experience with project / territory development.
  • Business to business and/or construction sales is preferred.
  • Extensive training provided
  • Extensive Travel within Territory – 40% to 50%
  • Working knowledge or experience in general construction, shoring, earth retention, micro-piles, drainage applications, and drilling a plus
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Solid familiarity with all project contractual requirements
  • Proven experience working effectively as a liaison with Engineers, Sub – Contractors, and Owners
  • Excellent communication, organizational, writing, and computer skills

Inside Sales Representative

Title: Inside Sales Representative
Work Location: Caseyville, IL

Duties:

  • Identify and establish contact with potential Partners (clients or customers).
  • Become an expert in our product offerings and serve as a go-to source for potential and/or new Partners who want more information concerning our products.
  • Use customer engagement methods such as phone calls, emails, and social media to reach potential Partners and build a long-lasting business relationship with them.
  • Conduct virtual presentations to demonstrate to potential Partners the benefits of our products.
  • Schedule product demonstrations and Lunch and Learn presentations with potential Partners for our Outside Sales Team.
  • Discover Partners’ needs and offer solutions to them through the company’s services or products.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new Partners.
  • Establish and maintain healthy, long-term relationships with Partners to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales.
  • Recommend marketing strategies to target a specific region or demographic.
  • Research sales statistics and establish sales potential with new businesses in our target areas.
  • Generate and submit sales reports to management.
  • Determine new ways to make products appealing by observing the environment and current trends.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience.
  • Proficient at communicating with Partners and convincing them to purchase products.
  • Confident in both their selling capabilities and the products or service they are selling.
  • Possess effective negotiation skills to get the Partner to come to the company’s terms, preferences, and prices for certain products.
  • Impressive presentation and public speaking skills, as they regularly provide virtual product demonstrations to potential Partners.
  • Effective research abilities to research potential partners and understand their needs and preferences to display the product in a way that appeals directly to the consumer.
  • The Sales Director will oversee the ISR’s performance and establishes their sales goals and quotas. The Inside Sales Representative will have the support of the Sales Director for guidance on strategies along with best practices to follow.

Product Manager

Title: Product Manager
Work Location: Caseyville, IL

Existing Product Evaluation:

  • Deconstruct our Current Product Offering to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities
  • Evaluate our Products in comparison to the competition and current market offering
  • Identify and present our product lines features and benefits
  • List all product differentiators
  • Pricing – Identify all competitive product pricing
  • Battle Card – Develop a battle card for Sales Team for all products that summarize the features, benefits, competitive advantages, and pricing intel/challenges.
  • Marketing – working with marketing to provide them the necessary information to publish and produce digital and print collateral

New Product Development:

  • Conduct Market Research to generate relevant products that our Network Partners will need or want
  • Working with Engineering, Production, and Operations to oversee the new product development/design
  • Work with the product manufacture to understand the best practices within the marketing and product sales
  • Work with in-house or external Writers and other content creators to create the desired content for product promotion
  • Define product marketing communication objectives to convey to our in-house marketing/design team
  • Work with marketing to develop a plan on how to market and promote the product to the public

General Duties:

  • Identify new customer targets and new industries for product introduction.
  • Compare Intech’s products to competitor’s products in order to assess position within the market
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and sources for product offerings
  • Create and manage budgets for product development and negotiate vendor pricing
  • Outline a product launch timeline and oversee the project’s successful execution
  • Provide management with analyses and reports and responding to questions and requests from management
  • Specifying and overseeing the research needed to determine the needs and desires of customers
  • Work with engineering to provide testing as needed to validate and support the performance of the products
  • Develop, prepare and organize product specifications for all products
  • Identify competitor sales channels, organizational structure, physical locations, and sales strategies
  • Identify the digital market presence of all competitive products

Product Manager Qualifications:

  • Expertise in technical product management and/or industry knowledge
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills are required since the role will require ongoing communication with team members, other departments, upper management, and consumers on the company’s products
  • Superior project management and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain a keen attention to detail, multitask and work well under pressure
  • Natural tendency to be curious, positive, and creative
  • Team player who collaborates well with others

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field such as economics, communicating, advertising, marketing, or statistics
